All our orders are pre-paid and so are our shipments from abroad. Once a shipment has been paid for in US currency, there is no way we can cancel our orders as the export policies vary in other countries, especially in India. We can thus not cancel any order we place with the distributors there.

Keeping in view the above, orders that are already paid for cannot be cancelled or changed in any circumstances. So please review your order carefully before placing it.

As mentioned in our Terms of Use, we will not be able to exchange or return items if they have minor dents or scratches. These are unavoidable in shipments coming from so far. Our quality control department inspects every item before shipping it to our customers and if we feel that the item is damaged or scratched to an unacceptable extent, we reject it right here at our facility.
